Government Data Requests

Organic Skin Care Store Inc does not voluntarily give NovaAds user data to public authorities. We disclose data only when valid law requires it, or when a genuine emergency presents an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm and disclosure is lawful.

Required controls

• Required review of the legality of these requests.

  We authenticate the requester and require qualified legal review before disclosure.

• Provisions for challenging these requests if they are considered unlawful.

  We challenge or seek to narrow requests that are unlawful, defective, or overbroad.

• Data minimization policy—the ability to disclose the minimum information necessary.

  Any legally required response is limited to the minimum responsive data.

• Documentation of these requests, including your responses to the requests and the legal reasoning and actors involved.

  We record the request, reviewers, legal basis, scope, response, and notice decision.

User notice and security

We seek permission to notify affected users before disclosure unless law prohibits notice or notice would create a genuine emergency risk. We transmit approved disclosures through a secure method and restrict handling to the people needed for the review and response.
