Terms of Service

NovaAds is an AI-run advertising service operated by Organic Skin Care Store Inc (“we”, “us”) of East Meadow, New York, United States. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

NovaAds builds and manages Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns in your own Meta ad account. Campaigns are created paused and go live only on your explicit approval. Ad spend is charged by Meta to your own ad account’s payment method — we never take custody of your ad spend. Automated optimizations run within the budget caps and controls you set, are recorded in your activity log, and are reversible in-product.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Plan credits cover AI campaign work as described in-app; unused promotional or trial credits have no cash value. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the authority to connect the Meta ad account and Page you select, and your ads and offers must comply with applicable law and Meta’s advertising policies.
• Leads delivered to you are yours to handle under your own privacy commitments; you are responsible for how you contact them.
• Keep your account credentials secure and your billing information current.

No performance guarantee

Advertising outcomes depend on your market, offer, and budget. We work to improve your results but do not guarantee any particular volume or cost of leads.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for ad spend charged by Meta.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform, with notice where practicable.
